How long does a delivery take?

Here at Norgroves we aim to give you a great online experience so we have made the delivery option as simple and straight forward as possible. You decide when you get your delivery. Orders are processed by our ecommerce team Monday - Friday between 8.00am & 5.00pm. We strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible. 

Majority of orders are confirmed and shipped within 48 hours of recieving the order.

If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you to advise as soon as possible.

Is there a re-stocking fee?

All orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.

Who do I contact if I want to cancel or amend an order?

You can contact us via email [email protected], our friendly customer support team will be more than happy to assist you. Please remember that you will need to state your order number so please put this on your email. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 1pm excluding holidays.

What do I do if I forget my password to my account?

If you have forgotten your password just click the I forgot my password link beside the login button and you will be prompted to insert your email address. If you insert the email address that is linked to your account you will receive an email with a link where you can rest your password. If you are having any further issues or you are not receiving your email try another email address that could be linked to your account or just contact us at [email protected]
